Azogires is a beautiful and unique village in the mountains, it is mentioned in many tourist guides as the “Paradise Village”. In the village you will find a coffee shop which is also the village Information Center.The valley is perfect for hikers and nature lovers with many trekking paths such as the famous Anidri path and the Azogires Spaniakos. Also close by are the 99 Holy Fathers Monastery and museum, the grave of the legendary local Priest and hero Gabriel Papagrigorakis, the Holy Tree, as the old Venetian style bridge and the olive oil factory. You can observe the 2000 year old olive trees and buy their oil at the coffee shop. Furthermore, you can visit the mystical Alfa water falls, the magical Alfa forest, the spiritual Koukoutsakis and Holy Fathers caves, the ancient Carved caves and St.John the Hermits Church.
