Our studio is 21 m2 and consists of either a double bed and a sofa bed or two single beds and a sofa bed. Suitable for up until 3 people. Moreover, there is a kitchenette, shower cabin and of course the balcony. The rooms are located on the first floor  and there isn't an elevator, and there isn't an elevator.
