Perfect holiday! Great price-quality ratio. Very clean, great pool and green area. Very close to the Beach. But what is most important, Olga, Ioanna and the entire team are very nice and helpful. Can recommend to everyone and will be back there in the future.

Quick trip to the beach. Rooms couldn't have been nicer--we got a nice upgrade.

Lovely hotel, excellent service. My experience is : I booked a car from Notos last week , one way from Chania to Paleochora ,at a good deal. I always prefer to arrange the deal directly. After ,I booked the Relax ,and after I found out that it is the same family business. I stayed in the studio by the pool with my partner. Lovely experience and good service . There is a new construction site that was paused because of COVID-19.I have been informed that they are extending the hotel to provide extra facilities .I will be back.

Ioanna is a great host and is concerned about their guests. The room is clean and well furnished. I only used the fridge, although there is a kitchenette available. It was my 3rd time at the Notos Relax, I'll be back in the future when that Covid-19 subsides. The pool is larger now. Plenty of parking available at the back of the premises. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing accommodation in the heart of Paleochora! Friendly staff, clean and spacious apartments, A/C, Wi-Fi, terrace and pool. Looks like everything is new here. They have 2 buildings and building of the third was postponed due to covid. Parking is free at large private place behind the studios. Nice beach is only across the street. We had a view of the street and mountains from our balcony (but some apartments are next to the pool etc.). Kitchen is well equipped but if you pay an extra amount for breakfast (7 € per day per person), you'll be going to some friendly bussinesses around (Zygos, Jeete Beach Bar, Mantos - see my reviews of these places). Breakfast is not served in the Relax apartments and studios (but Zygos and Jeete are literally next to Relax).

Το Relax Apartments And Studios ήταν ακριβώς ότι καλύτερο θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε επιλέξει στη σύντομη διαμονή μας στη Παλαιοχώρα. Πολύ ωραίο κ πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, μοντέρνος χώρος, με ωραία πισίνα κ πολύ ησυχία! Επίσης το προσωπικό εξαιρετικο, ευγενεστατο κ πολύ εξυπηρετικό! Συστήνεται με κλειστά μάτια! Όταν θα ξανάρθουμε εδώ θα μείνουμε πάλι!!

When we arrived, we could choose between 3 rooms, 1 of which was actually an upgrade that had more space. Our room had 2 balconies and an extra 'living' area, so this was great for our 6-day stay. We loved the pool area, it is very well maintained. The location is great, a bit more quiet area than the center, but super close to the beach and still everything is reachable by foot. It's convenient to have the parking lot behind the building as wel.

Sehr sauberes Appartement in zentraler Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die bereitgestellten Toilettartikel, welche man selten in diesem Umfang zur Verfügung gestellt bekommt. Netter Balkon mit Poolblick.
